The location was easy to get to from the water taxi jetty.
I encountered a PROBLEM with the air conditioning. There was no air conditioning system installed, so the room became terribly hot when the weather was warm and terribly cold when the weather was cold. This lack of climate control definitely affected my stay.

I thought the location was really great and near many restaurants. I found it easy to access Saint Mark's Square. The staff gave clear directions and were helpful with any questions I had. I enjoyed the air conditioning in my large room.
I noticed the breakfast lacked variety with only a few cold options. I wish there was more fresh fruit available.

The building had a door right to the canal. I found this feature very useful. It allowed for arrival via boat and direct access to water transport. Waterbus stops were also near the building.

My room had nice furnishings and a comfortable bed. I was pleased with how clean the room was each day. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including good views.

Breakfast included cheese, ham, and boiled eggs. Cereal, jams, and pastries were available also. The dining area seemed clean. The food was fresh each morning.

tiny showermusty smell
my stay wasnt great. the shower was tiny. i barely turned around in it. the air conditioning didnt work right. the room stayed too warm and it was not okay. there was also a strange smell in the hallway. it was kind of musty and i did not like it.
